Attorney Roger Levine’s law practice, with offices in Canton and Brockton, is exclusively dedicated to Estate Planning and Elder Law. In the last 20 years, he has helped over 3,000 clients achieve their objectives in these areas.

Legal Experience

Attorney Levine has qualified over 250 individuals for MassHealth (Medicaid assistance) and he has settled over 200 estates in the probate and estate administration area. During that time, he prepared documents including wills, trusts, durable powers, and more for over 2,000 individuals. In handling this large number of clients in a fairly small substantive area of law, he has experience in virtually every situation related to these disciplines.

Education & Professional Associations

Attorney Levine graduated from Harpur College at the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He received his Law Degree (Juris Doctor) from Northeastern University School of Law. He was a long-time member of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as well as a member of the Mass Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association. Speaking & Media Appearances

For 10 years Attorney Levine hosted a radio show on Elder Law featured on Ron Van Dam’s “The Big Show” on WXBR 1460 AM in Brockton. Over the last 10 years, he has been a featured speaker on Estate Planning and Elder Law at the Councils on Aging in Canton, Brockton, Randolph, Walpole and Dedham, as well as the Sharon Men’s Club and the Canton American Legion. During that time he has also appeared regularly on local cable TV, being featured on programs aired in Stoughton, Dedham, Easton, Canton, Milton, Randolph, The Bridgewaters and Walpole.

Personal

An avid racquetball player and history buff, Attorney Levine’s other pastimes include traveling, reading historical fiction and following the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins. He has written a couple of novels and numerous songs featured on the website rogerlevine.com. He lives in Canton with his wife Donna, two sons, Jake and Ben, and numerous cats.
